1. Subscription Usage

Your Smart TV UK subscription grants you access to our IPTV network. Standard single-connection subscriptions are strictly valid for one (1) simultaneous device connection. Attempting to use a single connection on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic system blocks and potential account suspension.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments made to Smart TV UK are one-time payments for the specific duration purchased (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). We do not implement auto-billing or recurring direct debits. You are entirely in control of when you renew your service.

3. Refund Policy

We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new customers. If you experience persistent technical difficulties that our support team is unable to resolve within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not provided for accounts banned due to rule violations (such as connection sharing).

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control, including your local ISP routing, upstream provider maintenance, or force majeure events. Brief interruptions for server maintenance are normal and expected.

5. Content Disclaimer
